Intervention Details: To address these challenges, Madochi participated in the 10 month Seda Enterprise Coaching Programme (SECP), receiving support in the following areas:

• Personal productivity and seasonal sales strategies
• Entrepreneurial mindset development
• Business scaling fundamentals
Additionally, the company underwent a financial cleanup, received two years of compiled financial statements, and developed five-year financial projections. A Financial Management System was implemented, and staff were trained to use it effectively.

Outcome Details: The SECP programme empowered Madochi’s leadership with critical skills in financial management, marketing, and compliance, enhancing their confidence and professionalism.
Key results include:
• First-time access to annual financial statements and projections, enabling funding applications
• Implementation of a Financial Management System
• Sustained turnover of R270,360.00
• Employment of 4 staff members, with 2 jobs sustained and 2 new jobs created
