Business Dynamics and Challenges
Business Activities:
Personal care services and beauty product manufacturing.
Challenges/Needs:
B Beauty Pty Ltd faced challenges such as:
1. Financial Constraints and Limited Assets
• As a rural-based startup, the business struggled with limited access to funding to purchase proper equipment and expand production capacity.
• Slow growth of the business due to reliance on small-scale, manual production methods.
2. Product Credibility and Compliance
• Customers and retailers may have questioned the safety, consistency, or effectiveness of cannabis-infused products.
• The lack of formal certification limited access to larger retail markets, making it harder to gain consumer trust.
3. Market Access and Visibility
• Marketing and brand expansion would have been constrained by small-scale production and limited reach.
