The client approached Sedfa City of Cape Town Branch for assistance in her business. As an existing of Sedfa client the allocated Business Advisor conducted an assessment on the business. The aim of the diagnostic assessment is to determine the gaps in the business then assist the client in closing those gaps by implementing various interventions.

The following result was achieved: Revenue increased from R5 383 861.49 to R5 743 623.63, an increase of 7%.
