• He was supported with the implementation of a financial management system, enabling him to track daily sales, expenses, and profits while applying the knowledge from training.
• Sedfa further committed to supporting him with branding stickers for his food containers and packaging, to improve visibility and professionalize his brand.
• He attended Costing and Pricing Training, where he learned how to properly calculate his costs and price his meals profitably.
• He was supported with the implementation of a financial management system, enabling him to track daily sales, expenses, and profits while applying the knowledge from training.

The interventions had an immediate and measurable impact on Kokhiching:
• Prince moved from 1 container of meals to 3 containers daily, expanding his operations significantly.
• He created 2 new jobs, growing from a one-man business to employing others.
• With proper costing and pricing, his financial results improved drastically. From not knowing how much he was making, Prince now confidently tracks revenue and earns an average of R1,950 per day, which totals approximately R253,500 over the past 6 months.
• He has built a loyal customer base in the Rustenburg CBD and taxi rank area, and is now better positioned for sustainable growth.
